Curry Mac and Chreeze


This Is Vegan!

Items-
Sauce pot- preferably non stick
Spoon(my last recipe used a wooden one which my dog ate, seriously)
6 slices or about a 1/4 of the block-use vegan cheese- Cheddar flavor, you can mix em'
1 cup soy milk- vanilla or plain
1/4 cup tofutti plain cream cheese, or onion that would be tasty!
1 tablespoon Curry, or more if you LOVE curry
1 tablespoon mixed seasonings of your choosing i use mccormick season-all has nutmeg and a ton of other spices like 25:)
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 cup macaroni- or other pasta we arent picky! ( i used left over from the night before)

Boil pasta, or microwave for 5-10 minutes not sure exact time.
Put soy milk in pan, let it simmer, toss in cheese, let it melt, toss in the cream cheese, let that melt toss in seasonings, toss in cooked pasta mix in cheese.
Serve & Enjoy!

*Note- occasionally i may do a movie review, or toss in a longer recipe that i think is to die for. But thats only once in a while.

Quick Movie Review- Virgin Suicides, with josh hartnet, and kirstin dunst, and danny devito
This movie is probally 10 years old. My boyfriend picked it up for me christmas used from gamestop so we watched it. It was pretty slow the entire movie, really wierd, and predictable, i mean come on 5 minutes of watching the movie you know how it ends. Uber christian family keeps kids on tight leash, one daughter dies, it all goes down hill- oh and cute josh plays a cute stoner. The End.
Don't waste your time, unless you really love the actors/actresses.

5 Minute Faux Chicken Sandwich

*Warning This Is not a Vegan Meal- It contains, Eggs, Buttermilk Powder and Honey.




Ingredients-
Quorn Chicken Patties- 1
1/2 tbs honey bbq sauce
1/2 tbs salsa
1 piece of lettuce
2 pickle slices
1 bun- white, wheat whatever you have around

*Tasty Additions-
1/2 an avocado
2 slices tomato
1 slice onion

Supplies-
For uber fastness have a microwave and a toaster oven- otherwise a microwave works fine
Knife- sharp and butter knife

1.)Take Quorn chicken patty/patty of choice and toss in microwave for about 1 minute- 1 1/2 minutes
2.) Prepare bun and slather on bbq sauce, and salsa
3.)Put on the pickles and lettuce (additions if you have them)
4.) Pull quorn chicken patty out and put in toaster oven for about 2 minutes (or microwave for 30 seconds more)
5.) Toss patty on bun and enjoy.

Add in some potato chips for something else, i recommend archer farms curry potato crisps that are baked, you can get them from Target and they are delicious!
